Cancellation Policy

Hotel reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival date. A one night room charge and tax will be applied to early departures. Please Note: Policy varies for contracted groups.

Storage and Shipment Policies

Pallet deliveries must have prior hotel approval to be accepted. The hotel reserves the right to refuse delivery. Shipments must not arrive any earlier than three business days prior to your Group's arrival date.
